Case study

Fahle Han Law.

A two-attorney San Antonio criminal defense firm built around the trademark line Carry A Law Firm In Your Pocket, with the brand and digital plumbing by Good Creative Media.

A watercolor illustration of a historic Southtown brick building.

The client.

Fahle Han Law is the San Antonio criminal defense practice of attorneys John Fahle and Ling Han. The firm is located in Southtown inside the historic Wong’s Grocery Store building. The firm’s distinctive client-facing posture is the trademarked line “Carry A Law Firm In Your Pocket,” reachable by text to the firm’s attorneys at (701) 203-3425.

The work.

GCM built the firm’s digital presence and the operational pieces that make the “law firm in your pocket” idea real on the client side: the brand and trademark line, the text-the-attorney intake path, the domain forwarding system that routes the firm’s working domains correctly, and the public-facing site presence that places the firm in Southtown and inside the Wong’s Grocery Store building.

If you run a small firm and want a digital presence that makes your size the advantage it actually is, tell us about your practice.

The approach.

A two-attorney firm has one real advantage over a large one: a client who picks up the phone, or sends a text, reaches an actual attorney. That advantage only matters if the firm’s public surface makes it obvious. We built the brand and the digital plumbing around that fact. The trademark line, the texting number on the front of the firm’s identity, and the location inside a building people in Southtown know by sight all do the same job: they tell a prospective client this is a small firm on purpose, and that the closeness is the offer. The site does not pretend to be a national platform. The infrastructure underneath does the careful work that keeps Texas attorney advertising rules satisfied.

The result.

[Owner to supply: a concrete result, the firm’s current intake volume from the texting line, and a short quote from John Fahle or Ling Han. Also: confirm with the firm whether the live fahlehanlaw.com is intentionally a stub or whether the full site is offline. The case study should not go live until that is confirmed.]

If you have work like this, we should talk.
