What We Collect.

We collect two kinds of information.

• Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. When you buy something we collect the details needed to fulfill the order, such as your name, email, and billing information.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and a small set of cookies record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, what people find useful.

How We Use It.

We use your information to reply to you, to provide and deliver the services or products you ask for, to send order confirmations and other messages about your purchase, to keep the site secure, and to make the site better. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Payments.

Purchases in our store are handled by SureCart and processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with the payment processor and is not stored on our servers. The processor’s handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Email.

We use a trusted external email service to send order confirmations and to reply to the messages you send us. Those messages are limited to the matter at hand.

Cookies.

Embedded media, thumbnails, and other resources may connect to their providers when they load. Those providers may receive technical data and use cookies under their own policies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, including our website host, the store and payment processors named above, and our email provider. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.

How Long We Keep It.

We keep contact messages and order records for as long as we need them for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete them.

Your Choices.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@goodcreativemedia.com and we will respond.

Children.

The site is meant for a general, professional audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Security.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure.
